Improve your English in the friendly, tropical city of Darwin.

Our Darwin English language school is located on the campus of Charles Darwin University (CDU), 12 kilometres from the centre of Darwin.

You can take advantage of the great university facilities while studying alongside local and international students.

Darwin is a multicultural city with a broad mix of nationalities. It’s a popular tourist destination, surrounded by beautiful scenery and national parks. It has a fast growing economy and a low unemployment rate, so it’s easier for you to find a part-time job.

Darwin is located in the most northerly part of Australia. It’s a tropical region, and is full of diverse landscapes, plants and animals. The city has a mix of more than 50 nationalities.

If you love the outdoors, you can enjoy a range of sporting activities. There are also many spectacular natural attractions for you to visit: World Heritage Kakadu National Park, Katherine Gorge (Nitmiluk) and Litchfield National Park. From the Casuarina Coastal Reserve you can walk along the beach or see the sunset from the Dripstone Cliffs.

The city also offers cultural attractions, including the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, restaurants, art galleries, theatres, cinemas and annual festivals.

And if you like a thrill, get up close to a crocodile at Crocodylus Park.

Darwin’s traditional owners, the Larrakia people, are active in the community. The region is home to some of Australia’s best Aboriginal art and culture.
