Just wonderful!

I will never forget these 3 weeks, because it perhaps was my best holiday ever! I didn´t know so far that school could actually be fun, but the teachers at Kurus English showed me that it is possible. What I really loved were the Language Excursions in the afternoon, because you could see parts of the city you wouldn`t see as a ’normal’ tourist. The whole atmosphere at Kurus is just fantastic and so I really enjoyed my stay there. Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and I`m going to come back one day!

The school was perfect, the administration was everytime helpful and friendly and also the teacher. The size, the spirit and the atmosphere of the course was very good. In my course we were maximum 6 other students and so the possibility to improve English was big. Also the other sudents were from differend countries, so it was necessary to speak English.

My accommodation was wonderfuld, the Hostfather had an open mind and he was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the house was great.

The school and the concept of language excursions is perfect to improve english very fast. The lessons were diversified in relation of speaking, listening, writing and reading.

If you have the opportunity take the longest time of you can and go to KURUS ENGLISH!

Thank you for everything during our time in Capetown.

I guess the tours for the topic ’Food & Cuisine’ was good and interesting. I also liked the Environment excursions because we had the opportunity to see such beautiful place in Capetown.

The only tour I disliked was the Hermann-Tour due to the bad weather.

Enjoy the time, be interested and do as much as you can!

Improved my english

I really like the school and the system of the school. This experience helped me to improve my english skills and showed me the beautiful city Cap Town, especially dureing the language excursions.

But I’m a little bit sad, because so many other members of our group disrespected the rule, which says that we should talk in english. I’m really sorry about this bad behaviours!

Please try to talk more English!

Enjoy your stay and be open-minded to all the new things in Cape Town.

But I can’t recommend the Safari to the other students... :-(

Good experiences, good place and good people!

Text The school location is very good because you have near acces to other shops and many posibilities to lunch. Furthermore, the language excursions were very informative and creative. The well-structured language lessons helped to improve my english skills and grammar.

Concerning the accomodation, I would suggest to search for another one because of many inconveniences happend there (food etc.)

I liked our activities. On one hand we visited the typical tourist places like the table mountain and on the other side we enjoyed versatile created language excursions.

I would recommend to future students to be open-minded to all people they meet and to start many discussions to get in touch with the use of English. Additionally, they should speak English everytime as much as they can.

The amazing city Cape Town

Text I was the first time here in Cape Town and I fell in love with the city and the people! The school was really nice an interesting. The excursions were really great and all the teachers and team members (like Michael) are so nice!

I really like Cape Town and the different country sizes around it.

The lodge was ok. For 2 weeks sleep in the rooms was it ok, but the meals (breakfast and dinner) wasn’t good. Every morning only Toast with marmelade.

But finally a trip, which I’ll never forget! And I will come back soon!!

The Champaign is on the whole sunset cruise for free.

So enjoy much champaign!

Great school - awesome experience

The title says everything. The school as well as the whole town are just amazing.

I stayed in Cape Town for about 4 month and did a 2 week course at the beginning of this period to improve my english and gain knowledge about South Africa and Cape Town. Both goals were perfectly accomplished and the guys of Kurus did a great job. I am still thankful and impressed with how much passion and heart they did their job.

This school is a great little institution with very friendly and competent teachers who where able not to teach only the language but pieces of southafrican culture and history too. The lessons are very communicative and with the language excursions I was able to get to know a lot of people - all the time as one of them and never as a sightseeing-tourist.

I attended kurus for two weeks in March And I have to say that the idea of these courses amazes me! Language excursions offer a Great Way to get to know the awesome City of Cape town And it’s friendly People.
Furthermore, my teacher was an absolute expert in Teaching And the courses in the Morning were also Real Fun!
All in all, thank you, Kurus, for this Great Time!:)

This school is the best language school in South Africa with its very nice people and the awesome English lessons.

I’m happy that I visited this school. On the whole it was a great experience referring to the school, the teachers, the english lessons, the excursions and so on. I could write books but I better stop here.

Please visit this school!! It’s really worth it!!
